Sun City is an unincorporated Del Webb master-planned community for active adults age 55 and older. Sun City is home to approximately 38,000 people and seven recreation centers. In addition to the seven recreation centers, residents enjoy eleven golf courses. Three of these, Sun City, Palmbrook and Union Hills, are private country clubs.
